2. Is there a setup free?

There is a $300 set up fee. This covers the full set up of the system from setting up payment to creating activities/schedules and training.

3. How long does it take to setup?

That can depend on many factors, but generally it takes 2 weeks from start to finish.

4. Can I still use my current credit card processor?

Yes, as long as it is compatible with the Authorize.net payment gateway. If your processor does not offer a connection to Authorize.net, please contact us.

5. Do I have to pay a commission for every online booking?

For every online reservation, there is a 4-6% booking fee, depending on your annual gross revenue. This gets passed this along to your customers.

6. Is it easy to use for someone that isn’t computer literate?

Yes, it’s very easy to use. A support rep will assist in setup and training. Plus, there is a support portal that offers support topics as well as live chat access to our support team.
